Insite’s West Morehead office project has a name, swanky perks
Insite Properties has named its planned 105,000-square-foot office building on West Morehead Street The Refinery in a joint venture with Northridge Capital LLC. Insite sold the nearby Grinnell Water Works building to Northridge in December for $11.8 million though it will continue to occupy space there as it develops The Refinery. “Our company has resided and invested in the West Morehead Street corridor for many years, and we believe The Refinery will be the premier office site in the corridor,” Bart Murr, a principal at Insite, said in a release. The building will include such features as a cafe for tenants, indoor/outdoor conference center and bike room.
